DESCRIPTION:Creativity & Vulnerability is an interactive workshop from The 9 designed to explore how creativity can help us become more comfortable with self-expression\, vulnerability\, connection\, and being seen. \nThis is not a lecture. Participants will create\, share\, reflect\, laugh\, and connect through guided activities that encourage curiosity and honest human interaction. The experience begins with creativity as a form of personal expression and gradually moves into conversations and exercises centered on vulnerability\, courage\, and sharing our experiences with others. \nParticipants can expect hands-on creative activities\, guided conversation\, storytelling\, reflection\, shared food and community time\, and a closing group experience. \nNo artistic experience is required\, and you do not need to already feel comfortable being vulnerable. Come as you are and be willing to participate\, explore\, and connect. \nThis experience centers several of The Nine Elements\, including Creativity\, Vulnerability\, Food\, Love\, and Relationships. \nCome in.
