Massage Therapy

Healing through safe, respectful, intentional touch.

Massage Therapy

Safe, respectful, intentional touch.

Touch is one of the nine elements, and it is the one most people have the least of. Healthy touch lowers stress, communicates care, and reminds the body it is not carrying everything alone.

Which is precisely why consent, clarity and boundaries are not paperwork here. They are the practice.

What Happens

How a session runs.

You stay in control of the session from beginning to end. That is not a courtesy; it is how the work is done properly.

  1. We agree what happens

Before anything begins: what you want worked on, what you would rather was left alone, how much pressure suits you, and what you would like to stay covered.

  2. You get settled privately

You undress only to the level you are comfortable with, alone in the room, and you are draped throughout.

  3. The session

Say the word at any point and pressure changes, an area gets skipped, or we stop. You will also be asked as we go, so you are not the one who has to interrupt.

  4. Afterwards

Time to get up slowly, water, and a short conversation about anything worth carrying into the next few days.

Before You Come

Before your appointment.

What is included

  • A conversation about pressure, areas and boundaries before we start
  • Draping throughout, always
  • Water and unhurried time afterwards
  • CONFIRM: session lengths and pricing

What to bring

  • Anything we should work around — mention it when you book
  • Loose clothes for afterwards, if you like
  • Nothing else

You can stop, change or skip anything at any point, without explaining.

"Lighter", "skip that", or "stop" are complete sentences here. Nobody will ask you to justify them.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How much do I undress?

Only as much as you are comfortable with. Plenty of good work happens through clothing, and you are draped the whole time regardless.

What if the pressure is wrong?

Say so. You will also be asked during the session, so you do not have to be the one who speaks up first.

I have never had a massage before.

Say that when you book. The session will be explained step by step and nothing will happen without being described first.

Who are the therapists?

CONFIRM with the client — qualifications and licensing need to be stated accurately here.

How do I book, and what if I need to cancel?

CONFIRM the booking method and cancellation policy before publishing.

Dates & Registration

Every workshop, retreat, and session we have open, in one place. Dates are added as they are confirmed.

Nothing open that suits you? The waitlist hears first when new dates land.
