Retreats
Longer immersive experiences that bring all nine elements together through nature, meals, movement, and rest.
Retreats
All nine elements, with time to actually feel them.
A retreat is what happens when you stop trying to fit reconnection into an evening. Two or three days, a small group, somewhere with trees, moving through every one of the nine elements rather than a handful.
The pace is deliberately unhurried. There is structure, and there is also a long afternoon where the only thing on the schedule is rest.

What Happens
How a weekend runs.
A rhythm rather than a timetable. You will always know what is next, and nothing is compulsory.
-
01
Friday — arriving
You get in, put your bag down, and eat with everyone. The first evening is deliberately light: introductions, a fire if the weather allows, an early night for anyone who wants one.
-
02
Saturday — the long day
Movement in the morning, creative work through the middle of the day, a shared meal that takes as long as it takes. The afternoon holds a stretch of genuinely unscheduled time.
-
03
Saturday evening — the table
The longest meal of the weekend, and the conversation people tend to remember. No agenda, no going round the circle.
-
04
Sunday — closing
Something quiet in the morning, a final meal, and a proper close before people drive home. We finish early enough that Sunday evening is still yours.

What to bring

- Anything that helps you sleep somewhere new
Pricing varies by location. Sliding scale wherever we can make it work.
If cost is the reason you are hesitating, write to us before you decide against it. That conversation is normal and it stays private.Questions
The things people ask first.
How fit do I need to be?
Not especially. Movement sessions are scaled to whoever is in the room and there is always a slower option. Walks are gentle and optional.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Yes — tell us when you register and we will plan around it rather than improvising on the day.
Do I have to share a room?
CONFIRM: rooming depends on the venue. We will tell you exactly what the arrangement is before you commit to anything.
Are phones allowed?
Nobody takes your phone away. Most people find they check it less by Saturday afternoon, which is rather the point.
What is the cancellation policy?
CONFIRM with the client — this needs a clear, written answer before the page goes live.
Dates & Registration
See when the next one is.
Every workshop, retreat, and session we have open, in one place. Dates are added as they are confirmed.
Nothing open that suits you? The waitlist hears first when new dates land.
